Important Notice Regarding Clubhouse Wines Alcoholic Orders and Deliveries

Purchasers ordering wine through Clubhouse Wines website should be aware of the following:

This agreement is a legally binding agreement between you and DRINKS, LLC, its affiliates, and its and their respective parents and subsidiaries (individually and collectively, "we," "our" or "us"), and governs your access to and use of the URL, https://clubhousewines.com/ (the “Site”) and other social media pages, accounts, and mobile applications  owned by or licensed to us  (collectively, the "Sites"), any order you place through the Site and, as applicable, your use of the products you purchase.  The sale and delivery of orders purchased by you will be executed and fulfilled by licensed third-party retail entities that hold valid licenses issued by state alcohol beverage agencies allowing for the legal sale of wine (the “Licensed Retailers”).  The Sites are directed to adults aged 21 or older and you must be at least 21 years of age to make a purchase through this Site and to receive delivery of the products purchased, and a valid government-issued ID will be required upon delivery.

All shipments of wine are delivered by UPS or a certified courier service, and the signature of an adult is required at the time of delivery. By signing for the package, the recipient is confirming that they are at least 21 years of age. Any misrepresentation to the courier is unlawful, and any violation will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

Clubhouse Wines guarantees that all products are of acceptable quality. Members will never pay for a wine they do not like. If members receive a product they do not like, we will replace or refund the unused product in question up to 180 days from date of purchase. Credit or replacement will be provided after the unused product has been returned.

Due to the limited availability of our Fine and Rare Wines, there are no refunds, returns or exchanges of Fine and Rare Wines. Once the wine has been shipped from our cellar, the sale is final.

There is no fee for membership. Members can cancel anytime after 30 days upon receipt of product , but must speak to a Customer Service Representative by calling 1-877-998-7666. However, once the shipment has already been charged, the customer is responsible for the shipment, and the cancellation will be processed for future shipments.

There is a maximum of one introductory case per household. In the unlikely event that a wine is not available, Clubhouse Wines reserves the right to substitute a product of like quality.

Once a package has shipped from our facility it is the customer's responsibility. If a package is returned to us there will be a $22 restocking fee . Clubhouse Wines reserves the right to provide store credits in lieu of refunds for returned merchandise. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
